Except where indicated otherwise, all copyright and other rights on the Labyrinthine Crew website are owned by us.

The use of all our website pages is subject to these terms and conditions. Access to certain pages of the site, some of which may be restricted, may be subject to further conditions of use as indicated:

  • When you opt for a FLAT FEE shipping instead of the EXPRESS shipping, we do not take responsibility in case of loss or damage of your parcel. If you want to ensure your shipping we do recommend using EXPRESS delivery.

  • Pricing and Shipping for “Studio Gear For Sale”:

    The prices listed for products in the Studio Gear For Sale collection do not include shipping costs. If the customer is unable to pick up the product in person, shipping fees must be arranged separately, either before or after the purchase. Buyers are responsible for discussing and confirming shipping options and costs before finalizing the transaction.

  • Delivery time may differ as our orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from the warehouse facility nearest to you.

  • Pricing Accuracy and Order Cancellation:

    While we strive to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order in full. This applies even if the order has been confirmed and your payment has been processed. We will promptly notify you of any such issues and provide a full refund.

  • You may browse, download, view, print and copy onto the hard disk of your computer all material from the site for your own personal use. You can’t photocopy pages from our site. Any other type of use requires the prior written agreement of Labyrinthine Crew.
