Refund policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 3 weeks.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
We do not accept returns of sealed goods, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with sealed goods won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Returns - Help us fight Fast Fashion waste. At Labyrinthine Crew, we don't offer free returns to minimize our carbon footprint and avoid overproduction. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering. Choosing consciously is the first step toward a more sustainable future. If you need to return any product get in touch with us, we will do our best to help you with your problem. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, as well as size exchanges are not available.
Pricing Accuracy and Order Cancellation - While we strive to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order in full. This applies even if the order has been confirmed and your payment has been processed. We will promptly notify you of any such issues and provide a full refund.
Digital Products - Returns for Digital Products are not available.
Be aware that our Ableton Live Projects and presets are made with recent version of Live, you might need to update your software if you can't open our files.
