que-sera-sera-biohrythms
Que Sera Sera - Biorhythms

Que Sera Sera is a body of work shaped over five years of listening, to ourselves, to each other, and to a world in constant motion. The album moves through experimental psytrance but resists fixed form, allowing rhythm and texture to mirror shifting emotional and collective landscapes. Alongside it, the artwork composed of repeated thumb impressions acts as a physical archive of presence and loss, created through a meditative and ritualistic process. Together, the sound and image form a single continuum, an exploration of tension, release, and acceptance. Not a resolution, but a pulse that continues.

About the cover artwork:
This painting is composed entirely of thumb impressions, each mark standing in for lives vanishing from the Earth in times of war. Not only human lives, but all life forms, even a leaf. The work emerged during an intense period of ongoing conflict, one we are still living through, as a shared condition of humanity.

The process of making this work was deeply meditative and contemplative. As I repeated the circular motion of my thumb across the canvas, I moved through layers of thought, bearing witness to what is happening in the world, observing how it settles within my body, and allowing those emotions to surface without resistance. Channeling this experience into such a raw and repetitive form became a way of staying present with grief, rage, helplessness, and care all at once.

The color red holds multiple contradictions. It evokes wilderness and vitality, but also death, rage, confrontation, and conflict. As I listened to prayers while working, each press of my thumb felt like a release, sometimes like a soft sigh, other times so consuming that I would lose my breath entirely and slip into a state of near erasure. The repetition became a ritual. With every circular imprint, something shifted and something loosened.

The time spent with this painting was deeply transformative. I realized I could not complete the album without first releasing this energy through the body and onto the canvas. In that sense, the painting is not separate from the album. It holds what needed to be let go, making it a natural and necessary choice for the album cover.

Music and Cover Artwork by Biorhythms

Releases June 23, 2026
