ALIGNAKA – A name born out of a powerful connection that 2 passionate music producers with the Moon. A genuine connection with all things natural. Connection with Mother Earth and all her children!
The meaning of ALIGNAK – The Inuit moon and weather-god who rules over the creatures of the sea and who controls the tides. He is also held responsible for solar and lunar eclipses, earthquakes and other natural phenomena.
All things natural – Happens for a reason – To bring Balance!! Everything created is sustained and eventually perishes – To Maintain Balance!
Through our Music, we intend to express ourselves and our love for all species dwelling on planet earth, taking MOON as our guiding source of light!

Giorgio (aka Oblium) is a Sound Artist, Audio Engineer and Photographer. Giorgio’s love for animals and nature itself is an inspiration for his music and other artistic abilities. His music is organic and dynamic while being fast and raw in its defining sound. Oblium’s music is the result of a meticulous reflection on the sounds, images and sensations of the night's lunar world.

I'm from Italy and I started this project in 2015 because I understood that I love to produce music to express myself through the vibrations and the emotions of the sounds. This project can be very different from one live-set to other because it expresses many different emotional states. This project ranges from mbient music, experimental music, hypnotic and psychedelic music, up to psycore.
